Brig Bio uses precision fermentation to develop dairy proteins for medical nutrition. Instead of relying on traditional dairy production, we work with selected microorganisms to produce dairy proteins through a different production pathway.
Precision fermentation allows us to program specific microorganisms (bacteria or fungi) to produce exactly the dairy proteins we want. These microorganisms act as small, highly efficient production factories.
