Beyond Alpha-lac, our focus is on creating a scalable technology platform. This platform will give us the ability to develop and scale additional strains while designing downstream processing (DSP) that is tailored to the individual applications of medical nutrition manufacturers.
Our goal is to secure protein supply and provide a solution for the protein gap that traditional dairy production cannot bridge
